You use the Service at your own risk. Bashige is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or incomplete GPS data
• Interruption or failure of recording
• Loss of data due to browser or device issues

• Use in hazardous conditions (hiking, driving, aviation, etc.)
