Track Recorder is a free, web-based tool that allows you to record GPS locations and routes and export them as KML files. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Use the Service for any malicious or harmful purpose

You are responsible for the data you record and export. We do not collect or store your data on our servers. You should ensure that your use of GPS data complies with local laws, including privacy and location-tracking regulations.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Bashige. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
